Yunlin County Magistrate Chang Li-shan stated that “Yunlin Goods,” a brand deeply rooted in local agricultural products, safeguards consumers’ health through a rigorous review system. Currently, 457 manufacturers and 1,192 products have passed certification. The diverse and high-quality agricultural products have established the brand image of the top-notch “Yunlin Goods” and have successfully gained the trust of major well-known channel brands.

Magistrate Chang pointed out that Yunlin County is Taiwan’s granary and a major livestock county, ranking first in Taiwan in terms of poultry and livestock breeding. In addition to taking the lead in prohibiting the use of kitchen waste to feed poultry and livestock, it also encourages operators to promote environmentally friendly animal husbandry through local self-government regulations, thus realizing environmental sustainability and environmentally friendly animal husbandry.
