吳欣盈臉書發文 公司利益重於個人私心

（中央社記者田裕斌台北8日電）新光金控「兩個女人的戰爭」戰火不息，董事長吳東進長女、金控副總經理吳欣盈今天在臉書上發文，指出絕不會讓個人私心置於公司利益之上。

吳欣盈表示，新光金有自己的利基，不能陷入貪婪跟政治中，她在金控董事會中的角色，是保證股東權益、確保經營階層克盡其職；至於在新光人壽，則是要與團隊發掘新的業務機會，擴大在產業的影響力，進而為人壽帶來利益。

吳欣盈說：「對我而言，這不只是一份工作，而是一個職涯。」她關心新光金以致於不會讓任何人將個人利益置於公司利益之上。吳欣盈指出，西方有句諺語：「發揮自己最大的潛能」，對新光金也是如此，新光金必將再起，其中的成員也必須努力，讓這件事發生。

In life you play the roles your given and play it well or don't bother getting on stage. And that for now is for SK to live to its potential and not get caught up in greed and politics. My role as FHC board member is to safeguard interests of the shareholders to ensure management do their job. My role as EVP of Life is to deliver new business opportunitiesand fresh mindsets through collaborations with my colleagues to scale the impact and bring benefit to the company.

This isn't a job for me. This is a career. And I care about this company too much to let anyone put their selfish interests before this. In the west there is a phrase - be the best you can be and this applies to SK too. It must rise again and live to its potential. And all of us in this entity must work hard and play our rolesto make that happen.1060308
